Beachside BBQ & Chill at Maloro Beach, Tangub City

Maloro Beach in Tangub City offers laid-back dining with inihaw, drinks, and seaside views—ideal for family or barkada evenings.

Fresh air, chill views, barbecue, videoke—Maloro Beach in Tangub City really gives off that classic, laid-back Pinoy beach vibe. It’s not dramatic or fancy, but that’s exactly why it feels so relaxing. Everything here is simple and natural, just the kind of place where you can breathe and unwind.

My family actually visits this place often. Sometimes we bring our own food, and other times we just buy whatever’s available—usually the barbecue and inihaw they’re grilling right there. It’s always a nice little outing for us, especially since we live on the other side of Panguil Bay. Crossing the bridge has become part of the fun; it’s quick, the view is nice, and we genuinely enjoy the drive across.

It’s perfect for small hangouts with friends or family. Bring some beers, order your favorite inihaw, and enjoy the music playing from the huge speaker setup at the beach. The place has familiar nipa cottages, tarpaulin cottages, and even beach umbrellas with tables and chairs—ideal spots to eat, drink, and enjoy the sea breeze.

Interestingly, Maloro Beach gets even more popular as the day ends. People from nearby areas often come here just before sunset or at night, not so much for swimming but for the food. It becomes a go-to dinner spot for anyone craving inihaw by the beach—simple, and affordable.

Food choices are basic, but in the best way. It’s all about inihaw: pork and chicken barbecue, grilled fish, Adidas (chicken feet), and Isaw (chicken intestines). Simple, comforting, and always masarap when you’re by the beach.

Plus, Maloro Beach gives you a great view of the new Panguil Bay Bridge. It’s literally just a bridge, but thanks to social media, it’s become a must-stop spot for quick selfies and photos.

If you’re looking for an easy, no-frills place to relax—just good vibes, simple cottages, and classic beach feels—Maloro Beach is definitely worth a visit.
